World Corporate Golf Challenge (WCGC) announced on 24th January 2022 that Vine Ventures Pte Ltd as its licensee in Singapore. Established since 1993 in the in the United Kingdom, WCGC is arguably the largest and most established global “Business to Business” golf tournament, bringing together corporate executives around the world who share a passion for the game.

In 2022, the top national teams representing more than 30 countries participated in the WCGC World Final in Tenerife, Spain. In October 2023, more countries are expected to come together in Tenerife, Spain again from 2nd to 6th Oct 2023.
Vine Ventures Pte Ltd plans to launch WCGC in other Southeast Asian countries over then next 2-3 years. Being one of the most economically dynamic regions, Southeast Asia is an attractive region for global investors. It is expected that networking over a game of golf will hell businesses explore opportunities, promote economic growth, generate better profits for businesses and improve the livelihoods of people here.
With the growth of the WCGC footprint in the region, it is envisioned that the WCGC World Final will be held in Singapore over the next 3-5 years where Singapore will play host to business elites from all over the world. The intention is to seek support from the relevant authorities in Singapore as hosting WCGC World Final will contribute positively to Singapore’s economy like other world-class events such as F1 and SMBC Singapore Open.
Vine Ventures also endeavours to make a positive impact on the lives of the people in the region by donating a significant portion of the operating profits of WCGC to worthy charitable and ESG causes in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Spanish company OM Sports, bought the majority share holding in the British company World Corporate Golf Challenge Ltd.
Today, WCGC is a corporate golf event held in more than 30 countries worldwide, competing for a place in a World Final that has grown into what we have today.

Chris Cheah is the Founder and Joint CEO, TrustCapital Advisors Investment Management Pte Ltd, a private equity real estate company based in Singapore.
Chris Cheah is also the Chairman of the Singapore chapter of Diplomatic Council, a unique organisation with consultative status to the United Nations combining a global think tank, a world leading business network and a charitable foundation. Chris is the President of Australian Alumni Singapore from April 2014 – March 2018. He is now the Chairman of the Council of Advisors of Australian Alumni Singapore.
Prior to TrustCapital, he was the Head of Property Asia for ANZ Bank. Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Queensland and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Christina Teo, a tech and mobile veteran, is currently the Chief Builder of she1K, the world’s first Csuite executive angel syndicate, investing in early stage startups.
In her corporate career, she had worked with Acer, IBM, DEC, 3Com with P & L accountability and regional marketing roles. She was the first GM of Yahoo! Singapore and subsequently launched the world’s 1st windows smartphone, branded O2, in Asia Pacific. Her last corporate stint was as the CMO of mobile service provider HK CSL.
Christina has built her career mostly outside of Singapore and has lived/worked in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Paris, Milan and New York. She champions women empowerment through her WomenChangemakers event series and she was also awarded Linkedin Top Voices in 2020.
As the hallmark of care and share, Community Chest has been uniting the community to fundraise and serve those in need, since 1983. Community Chest supports more than 100 social service agencies and over 200 programmes to meet underserved, critical social needs.
